Sets up the dc-git-pages service repository following the homelab dc-* conventions.

Files:

docker-compose.yml — git-pages service with Traefik labels for pages.martin.md, preview.pages.martin.md, and blog.martin.md
config.toml — git-pages server config (wildcard domain, fs storage, limits)
renovate.json — extends local>renovate/renovate, matching other dc-* repos
README.md — explains that config.toml requires manual deployment (not auto-deployed by Portainer)
.gitignore — ignores .env files

Supersedes the deploy config previously in radu/blog#17.
