Temporary PR to:

1. Delete the stale blog@18 preview deployment
2. Verify the cleanup workflow fires correctly on PR close

Close/merge this PR and the cleanup will:

• Delete blog@18
• Delete this PR's preview (which doesn't exist)

After confirming it works, I'll remove the one-off blog@18 step.
